ACSCA Annual Awards Saturday May 28, 2011
At ACSCA Annual Awards scheduled for Saturday May 28, 2011 at the Diamond Banquet Hall on 7845 Edmonds Street, Burnaby. These awards are intended to recognize local individuals within our community that have demonstrated their skill and talent during the tournament and or the All-Star games. Successful individuals have been nominated by all team managers of the African Soccer
Tournament and screened in based on PERFORMANCE and DISCIPLINE and will be awarded and recognized at the Dinner Gala on Saturday May 28, 2011.

At  the event  Wubit Ethiopia Cultural  group  performed  as usual their performance was amazing

Also  three award  were give  to members of our community

1. Ethiopian Community  of BC    for exemplary  and outstanding community service.    Mr Kebede Abate Vice chairman of the  community and founder of the   Ethiopian  Summer Festival  has accepted the award on behalf of the community 2.  Jemale Melaku received an award for exemplary youth athletes 3.
